THE ENDING OF TIME IV

The final five dialogues in the series occurred more than three months after the initial ten. They were again held at Brockwood Park, and they took place over a period of two weeks. In spite of the lapse of time, these conversations blend seamlessly with the previous ones. Collectively, all fifteen conversations form a kind of mosaic, an arrangement of topics that is not strictly logical or consecutive, but rather follows an internal dynamic of its own, with topics sometimes overlapping, but also often breaking new ground. The last five dialogues, moreover, are sufficiently coherent with one another that they can be treated as a single unit, especially in the context of the material that has already been explored.

Krishnamurti initiates the eleventh conversation with a brief summary of all that has gone before.
